Payment trouble

Hello! I've a problems with the payment of Spotify premium. The 24/december/2017 I have pay with 18app the Spotify premium for 1 year, but when the 2018 started I have received a credit addebit from Spotify... So why the 1 year I've payed not work?

If you paid for 1 year of Premium, there should be a receipt on your Spotify account. To find out just log in here.

 

In case there isn't a receipt, I suggest searching for other Spotify accounts you could've used following these steps.
