Payment via Klarna vor Spotify Student does not work

Hey there,

I try to purchase Spotify Student via Klarna Payment but I only get the message that Klarna got a bad day and I should try again or use credit card. I don´t have a credit card and if I try again I´ll get the same error again. Why in **bleep** is Paypal avaiable only for custom price?

Please help me!!

I’m sorry to hear. Do you get the same error message when trying to subscribe in a different browser/incognito window, from a desktop device?

If you’re still getting the error message after trying that, i’d recommend reaching out to Klarna. They’ll be able to take a closer look at what’s happening for you 🙂

Hey @Maxim,

I tried with Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Still get the error message. I won't contact Klarna for that, in my opinion that is not my job to do. Either Spotify checks this and correct it or they loose me as customer.

Edit: Problem still not solved. But Spotify reacted to my mail. I got a free premium month and should try in a month again. Hopefully it works then.
