A new account was set up on 5th January which already been paid ....why two payment
Please can this payment be returned ASAP

Thanks for reaching out, I'm sure we can figure out what happened here.

Has this happened to you before, or is it the first time? It sounds like you may not have cancelled your old account's subscription successfully. No worries though, just log into that account and follow these steps to cancel the subscription. I'd also suggest reading this Support article for more help.
