Payment went through then nothing

Hi, I just changed my payment method and used it to renew my unlimited subscription. I got a confirmation back with an order number, but then nothing else happened! My account still shows me using 'Free', I got no confirmation email, and my Spotify player hasn't got the message either. Help, please!

Please try logging out then in. If that doesn't work then contact the payments team using the Support Form - be sure to include your order number 🙂
