Payment without getting my Premium

Payment without getting my Premium

Hi. 

 

I have paid my Premium 12 months in advance (clearly visible in my "receipts" on my account 10 days ago. Despite that, I was blocket today from my Premium account with the motivation that I havent paid my Premium. I have tried to find a way to get in touch with a Customer Service or similar in Spotify but couldnt find it... 

 

How can I fix this?
