Hi I had to change the card I was using to pay my account but without realising what I was doing in the process I accidentally changed it to be added to my phone bill. I went back and changed this straight away. However payment has come out of my new debit card and I can see my next bill for my phone is due to come out in a few days also has the Spotify payment added onto it. How do I resolve this as I do not want to pay twice this month?? Thanks.

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
