I was charged twice today for $9.99 when I got an email earlier saying I would only be charged once. Why is this happening?

Sometimes an amount gets 'on hold' and then it's reimbursed to you a few days later.

 

Don't know if that's the case, but if you're concerned about it, contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I done responded back to emails and still nothing. The payment was took out my account and I can't access my spotify account. It's asking for another payment. When i received a receipt from them.
