Hi, im a premium user of Spotify but I have a problem, a few months ago my brother created an account with my mom's card, but he got bored after 1 or 2 monts. The problem is that he don't know the mail or nickname that he used so we can't delete it and mi mom is paying 2 accounts, can you help me?

Fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you look up your brother's account within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
