For some reason I was charged for spotify this month after i had already canceled the subscription. Im not sure why i was charged after going a month without being charged... i have now canceled it again but I would like a refund and would like to figure out why I started being charged again. I did not restart my service nor did i get prompted saying that i was restarting my service.
Also this has been so frustrating just finding out where to post or how to find help for this situation... I like the spotify service that it offers but from this experience with the subscription on top of the seemingly on purpose confusing maze that is the help center. It makes me feel like im being played a little bit.
So I hope this is the place to go to get this problem solved im only 50 percent sure it is.. Please Help.
