I have a family subscription, two acconts, we should get 50% off on the second subscription, but spotify charges full for both subscriptions, why?

Hi there!

 

Do you have the family account listed with the second account as being on it? It's possible that you currently have two accounts that are premium and not linked under the family discount program.

Yes, I have the family account, with the second account in it.

Not two separate accounts.



Hmm...Spotify must think that you have another account somewhere, because it wouldn't charge full price for both subscriptions.  I recommend reaching out to the official spotify support team. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
