Payment

I am being charged twice. One for the single subscription and another for the family subscription. My account only shows the single subscription but my bank account shows both.
How to cancel the family plan?

Hey @Nadine4, and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It might be possible that you have two separate accounts and you are charging for a subscription on both on them.

 

If this is not the case, then I suggest that you contact Spotify.
