I used to be paying the student discount and I renewed but I now pay over $10. My account says that I am on the student discount but apparently not. I have looked at my account multiple times and have now been paying this price for months without help. I will be cancelling soon if it is not fixed and I am returned the amount I have been paying.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
