I have been subscribing to Spotify premium for 2 years now. How about a little service for a change? When im one day late for my payment you cut me of premium.. Where is your service? 2 years, how many lasts with you 2 years.? I am very unsatisfied with this.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

The Spotify payment processes are automated computer processes. If a payment does not go through, the system will automatically remove your subscription and place you back on the free version until you pay. There is nothing the staff can really do about it, after all it is most likely your fault not Spotify's that the payment did not go through in this case.
