I am unable to change my billing address because It doesn't recognize my postal code. so this hinders me from changing my country

That's no fun, so let's get this fixed!

 

So from what I have gathered, you have moved country and as such you are changing your billing details, have you made sure that you have selected the correct country and typed the postal code right? (I'm sure you have but just to be sure)

Have you cancelled your subscription or is that still going?
