I am getting charged and I canceled my account, I want a refund I have not gotten a reply back. my Case #: 00931905

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Firstly, did you reply to the automated reply you probably got sent? You need to reply to that even if it's from a no reply address so it gets sent back to the staff.


I'll also escalate that case number to the staff so they can bump it up the queue slightly.
