Hi,
I got an email today stating that there was an issue with my Spotify payment so they have down graded me back to free subscription, I did get a new bank card a month or so back but I don't understand why it didn't take the money, it's not effected any other direct debits I have?
Am I safe to just re enter my details and upgrade to premium again? I just don't want to start getting charged twice !

Yes it should be safe to try and subscribe to premium again with your new card.
