Paypal method is not allowed in Brazil?

When you go to your account page to pay for permium is their a link farther down in green that says Want To Use Another Payment Option? If you click on it, that link should show what other alternative payment options are available to you. I missed this link a few times looking around.

I'm having the same problem here right now.

The PayPal payment method doesn't seem to be enabled unless I change my country to another one (not sure which countries are PayPal enabled).

Any words from the staff please?
