Just to confirm, did you subscribe to Premium while you were in Paraguay?

If you already had a Premium subscription while you were traveling, there shouldn't be charges other than the regular monthly one.

Right now, you can take your Spotify Premium subscription anywhere around the world without paying extra, just make sure you don't incur data roaming charges.
