Pending Charge

I tried to get the 3 month premium for 0.99, but when I did it said i already tried it so it gave me the option to get the full 9.99 a month premiuim or cancel. I hit cancel but it still put a pending on my bank account will it go away or what?

Don't worry. If the payment on your statement shows as pending/pre-auth, it means no money's been taken. The funds should reappear soon. 

Have you used this payment method to pay for Premium before on a different account. You can only use the same payment method once to get the offer. If you have, try using a different payment card to get the offer.

when do i get the money back. because i was charged $12.99 which is normal but then an additional 9.99 was taken out of my bank account. i cant be spending $23 on your app every month!

I am being charged for a premium account from my app but when I log in it says that I am on the free trial and I do not know how to cancel or stop the payments I paid through PayPal please help I don't know how this happened

I got two charges of 5.41 pending and I don't even have a premium account just the free one

I was on free trial & just canceled before the 9.99 charge hit because I was less than impressed with Spotify & do not want to pay for it. I think I have already been charged 9.99. How can I get a refund if I was charged for service I don't want/use? Pleasearch helpppppp!!
