People can't find my profile 'The Way Records' when searching, and this is really frustrating and I want to make sure they can find my profile.

Not all profiles show up in Search right away, it depends on my factors such as follower count.

Hi, I also have this issue, and I didn't use facebook to make my account. When I copied my spotify URL it didn't work either. Can you help me?
