Permanently Delete Spotify Account

Hello Spotify Community,

I would like to permanently remove & delete my Spotify account, I did the following:

1. Go to Spotify offical home page: https://www.spotify.com/uk/
2. Scroll down, until you see "About" click on About: https://www.spotify.com/uk/about-us/contact/
3. Then after that, under Customer Service and Support. Click on "Contact form": https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/
   
4. Once on that page, click on "Account", "I want to close my Spotify account permanetly", then you'll see a green box saying "I still need help" click on that. Then you be re-directed to a contact form.

This is what I had typed into that "contact form":

Dear Spotify Customer Service Team,

I want to delete my Spotify account, can you please do that for me?

My username is: ryanwilliams95

The email address assciated with my account is: [email removed for safety reasons]

Then 3 days ago, I get a email asking me to come here. 

Can SOMEONE please HELP ME!

The only way to delete an account is by contacting Spotify directly. You have deleted the automated no-reply email?
If you happen to have a case# , I can escalate this from here 🙂
