Phone Asks If I Want To Listen On Web Player Or Continue On Phone

Hey all,

I was just listening to a playlist on Spotify and all of a sudden the playlist changes and asks if I'd like to continue listening on my phone or the web app (I've not used the web app before and haven't used the desktop version in time).  My playlists and recently listened etc haven't changed before (do they share web/desktop/pc recently listened to?).

Could someone have been using my account without me knowing?
