Phone won't show I have premium

Same story as everyone else...I bought premium and the app wouldn't register that I had bought it. Did everything suggested in the forums-uninstall, logout and login etc. I bought it through iTunes (where it decides to charge me 13$ instead of ten, what the **bleep**?) but iTunes registers that I have premium. None of my accounts (desktop etc) do, and I had to downgrade to free to be able to even access my account on the mobile app. I'm a student and have almost no money (and it says I'm not eligible for the student discount) so I genuinely think this will be the last time purchasing Spotify premium if I'm not able to resolve this. Please help. Thank you for your time.

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so it's not possible to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes.

You may want to ask Apple for a refund.
