Plan and Payment Methods not in Account profile

I want to change my payment method (and country if possible) but when I sign into my account I see no Plan button or any payment options. It seems that not all the info is available or loaded. Screenshot attached.

Can you give it a try on another device and/or another browser? The site should show more info than you are seeing.
