Plan changed from Family to Premium









I have had Spotify family for many months. Yesterday, I did not have money on my account when trying to withdraw money for a monthly fee. I transferred money to the bank account and pressed "try again". Then I did not get Spotify family, but Premium.


Then I upgraded to Spotify Family but I see no other members than myself and I can start inviting.


Question: How do I reactivate Spotify's family members again? I hope they do not have to create new accounts?

Since you mentioned you’re on Premium for Family again; all you have to do is invite the members again. They don’t need to create a new account; they just need to link it to your plan.
