Plan family in the same country

Plan family in the same country

Hello,

 

Hired a family plan and I am sending the invitation to the two emails, one worked perfectly just that the other returns me a message saying to the family plan to work the account must be in the same country. But the two are in the same country, in which case it would be Brazil.account Premium Subscription


What do I do?

You need to login to that account and double check the country setting in the profile page

 

Also, if it had Premium previously, the payment card country must match your country in profile, an the country of your IP address (Brazil).

The account which I am trying to add the family plan was premium was canceled, but is still active. Even if not enabled the premium is no way to change the payment method?

You should wait for the Premium status to end, until the remaining days of your subscription are used up.

Once it becomes Free again you will be able to accept the invite.

 

In this case, it's better to delete the payment info in that account:

 

1. Go to your Subscription and payment overview --> http://spotify.com/account/subscription/

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,
