My Question or Issue

I cancelled my premium duo as Daughter was moving out. Change to Individual Premium and applied a gift card for 12 months premium but now showing plan as Premium Duo with next payment date of September. Can someone please sort this out for me? Thanks

Hey @MrBigDazza

 

That's strange. You shouldn't be able to apply a gift card to a Premium Duo plan. Could you check out this page and see if it says you're on Duo or Individual?

Thanks for you help.

It's now showing Premium individual, that changed last night but says plan
is cancelled and saying current plan will end on 5th September 2024.

How the **bleep** can I speak to someone at Spotify regarding this, every avenue
of support pushes me to "The Community".
