PlayStation 4 error

Could anybody help me try and figure this out. I had a Spotify account a while back and I had it connected to my PlayStation 4. I became bored with it so I deleted my account on my mobile device. Then recently a friend showed me Spotify again and I made a new account, but then when I try to use it on my PlayStation 4 I get an error message. I never signed out of my old account on the PlayStation so I don't know if it's that or something else. I can connect and play music through the PlayStation I just can't open the app, and it's getting quite annoying. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
