Player doesn't work anymore

Hi,

When i want to play a song on the player it spotify goes directly to the next song without playing anything.  It stops when he is at the end at the playlist (without playing anything).  There's also none error code.

The web version play.spotify works perfectly.

What OS do you have? Clearing the cache would be the first step.

I've deleted al the caches and re-installed the program on my computer (windows 10) but same problem...

Just to be sure,

The default location should be C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage and delete everything inside the folder.

Delete the folder C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Spotify\Users\<random numbers-user>\ There is a folder for each profile that has been logged into Spotify on that computer account.

The next thing to check would be soundcard drivers.
