Playing music offline

I have had premium for a few months now. Everything was working fine. I just recently did the new software update on my phone, now, all of the songs and artists that i had previously downloaded are showing as not available offline, and I have sprint so my service is pretty limited without wifi. Can you tell me why all of the downloaded premium music is now showing as not downloaded? I would like to get this back. Thanks.

Hey @ConnorPhelan. I cannot say for certain, but my assumption is that the update must have overwritten something and erased your offline tracks. Unfortunately, regardless of what actually happened, if the app is stating that the tracks are unavailable offline, you will have to re-download them.
