Playing playlist offline

Hi. All my Playoists are marked with green on my Samsung cell phone app. When I press to play a song, I get a notice saying"This track is not available." I also get a notice that says I am offline, but I am connected to the internet.

The answer is probably someting intuitive to a lot of folks. but I do not have good technical skills. All I want to do with Spotify is play music.

I looked in the Help section, and it gave me some instructions to sign out of Spotify, then sign back in.l Then dowload again. But I could not understand the technical words used in the instructions.

Can someone help me? Or maybe there is a phone number I can call?
