My Question or Issue

Hello,

 

We have a premium family account, and my father got all his playlists deleted. (He doesn’t speak English well enough so i’m Asking for him) This is the second time it happens, the first time I restored all his playlist, I taught him how to do that but this is annoying if he has to restore them every week. It’s strange, i’ve been using Spotify for years and never got this kind of problems.

Are you able to restoe the playlists again through your account page online ?

If so and if this had happend before i'd suggest you check out this help page and follow the instructions on it.
