Playlist disappeared and new songs appeared as last played

My Question or Issue

My playlist has completely been deleted and it show a different playlist and also shows recently played songs which are not mine. Can this be looked into and fixed?

Thanks for bringing your query to the community. That seems strange enough alright. Did you log into your spotify account on someone else's device? The same happened to me. I noticed the playlist "got hacked lol"  yesterday, logged out, and followed what "Someone has taken over my account" link says. Today I found playlist "got hacked i said". Someone thinks its funny, but not....

What could be done?  Thanks for the help.
