Playlist not created by me

Hello,

So today I entered the Spotify app and all my playlists were gone and I went on the website and they were deleted so I restored them. I found a solution but it was super weird.

Then, the weirdest happened. Apparently I have a playlist created today “by me” with a real name and real songs and I have no clue how could this happen. 

Please somebody help me to find out why all this is happening! Thank you.
