This functionality doesn't currently exist, but has been submitted in the "Live Ideas" section of the community found here https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/Search-for-Public-Playlists-that-Contain-Song-Artist/idi... Hopefully we will see this sometime in the future. It's a great idea! Give it a vote up to let Spotify know you'd like to see this.
