Playlists Gone, Premium subscription lost, no customer service.

Playlists Gone, Premium subscription lost, no customer service.

Logged in this morning, and my playlists was wiped and replaced with a "Windows Media Player" playlist (funny enough i use mac and don't have media player), Not only that but my account have been degraded to free (yet i still pay)

And when i send a mail to support i get a automated response saying, that they are sure i can find a solution my self.

If you could reply directly to that automated email a member of the support team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Ohhh.. and ontop of poor service i am still being charged for the subscription that i no longer have and am unable to cansel myself.
