Playlists & downloads are gone

Playlists & downloads are gone

I added my spotify-account to my new phone and have lost all my playlists and downloads... My account is still there, but it's empty... Can anyone help me? 
I already deleted and re-added the app and I also logged out on my previous phone.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. Have you tried recovering your playlists by logging in to your Account page? I’m not certain that it will work in your case, but it may be worth a try; here’s the link to the instructions on how to recover your missing playlists: https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/playlists/can-i-recover-a-deleted-playlist/

 

If this doesn’t work, you can get in touch with Spotify Support, and they may be able to help you out, here: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/. You can select “Technical Issues,” then “My saved music or playlists have disappeared,” and then “I STILL NEED HELP,” and Spotify Support will chat with you to help you get your playlists and downloads back.
