Playlists and Premium have been wiped!

Playlists and Premium have been wiped!

I brought spotify premium, the code worked so I started syncing my playlists


Today my ipod restarted and when I went back onto spotify my playlists had gone


I tried to fix it for ages and resorted to logging out then back into my spotify on my desktop 


When I logged back in spotify my playlists and premium membership had been wiped from my desktop version of spotify as well as my ipod version


I tried to re-enter my code and it says it has been used


I have lost all my music

but I am more concerned about the money I wasted on a premium card for the membership to be wiped.


Any help would be greatly excepted

It sounds like you have another account, that you have accidentally logged into.


Could you make sure you're logging in with your username? If you don't have a username, use facebook.


You may have to contact customer services using the Support Form if it doesn't work after that, they should be able to locate the duplicate account and delete it 🙂
