Playlists and Subscription gone... log in with facebook still nothing

Okay so my spotify logged out. I went to log back in on the computer and it logged in but it did not have any of my playlists or spotify premium and it looked like a whole differetn account but it had the same picture. I then looked for my account by looking up one of my playlist titles and the account name is this 22qxcs2xlxljsvfu4evhzjz4a. I troied using that to log in but nothing is working. I have tried all my email stuff and all usernames and everything but it always looks as if I am on another account which i am not because it is the exact same email and password. please help. It sucks having premium and not being able to use it.
