Playlists are dissapearing all the time

Since half of February my playlists dissapear. I know how to restore them and I have done so but after a few days they dissapear again. And I receive two playlists that I have never made or chose: Deutschland Top 50 and TRAININGBOOST.

How can this happen all the time?

Hey @user-removed,

Have you noticed any unrecognized device connected? Check that your email address is correct in your profile page (not been altered by someone else) and change the password to a more secure one.

Then, there is option to sign out from all devices in your account's main control panel (at the very bottom).

I haven't noticed strange logins but have changed my password now. Hope this helps. Currently I have connected my facebook account to spotify but will stop with that.
