Playlists are gone and instead replaced by some random people's playlists

I've been using Spotify for a few years and as recently as today and working just fine.  Now all of a sudden I open Spotify and all the songs I have accumulated over a few years and my playlists are completely gone and instead replaced by some random people's playlists.  What is going on???

This might sounds stupid, but have you checked that you're logged in on your account and not someone else's?

Yeah of course.  I don't even know anyone else's account information either.  

I sent a e-mail to Spotify support, and they are investigating the matter.  As a result, they blocked all access to my account for now including my own.

Wow, that sucks. It does sound like they got your account mixed up with someone else's but hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
