Playlists are gone and music I've never seen before is appearing

All of my playlists are gone also I've noticed that there are new playlists and music added to my account.  Was I hacked.  Can I get it restored?

I've managed to restore my playlists by logging into my account.  But my songs are ALL gone.  There was a device in my list that shouldn't be there and looks like a lot of activity in the past 6 days that wasn't me.  Clearly my account was hacked.  Anyway way to restore my song list??!?!?! Years of saving music is gone.  Please help.
