Playlists are gone due to a possible double account

Hello!

When I was logging in to Spotify, ifor some reason it did not recognize me and treated me as a new member and all my playlists and starred songs are gone :o(

Can anyone help please?

It happened to me as well. All my playlist is gone. Can I get them back?
