Playlists are not editing

I've deleted some song froma playlist brut they keep adding back. Is there a bug or something?

Please can you tell me what device you are using, the OS of that device and the Spotify version.

It was on the web browser app. I made lots of edditing and none of them worked. I erased music from a playlist and musics kept adding back...
