Playlists being deleted

My Question or Issue

My Spotify app keeps completely deleting playlists I have made, I thought it could be because I was making them offline but now it is even deleting playlists I make when I am online. The app is fully updated.

Just to confirm, is this happening with other devices and a different network (4/5G or WiFi)?

Additionally, you can try a clean reinstall of the app on your device to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble (you'll need to download your tunes again). Once this process is completed, restart your device before launching Spotify again. If the issue persists, send us over the iOS version and Spotify version installed and let us know when this started to happen.
