Playlists constantly disappearing

My playlists keep disappearing, is it anything to do with my account listening to my Sonos? I use iPhone XS Max for Sonos and listen to Spotify through sonos or sometimes through the Spotify app. I keep going on the live chat to get them back but it’s a pain and not solving the problem long term.

I haven't used it before, but I know there's a Recover Playlists section in the main Spotify account page. Perhaps it could be more convenient than live chat. Hope that helps!
