Playlists disappeared

I have a spotify premium account along with my internet/television provider. At the 1st of August my Sonos system couldn't recognize my spotify lists anymore. The reason of that was that somehow my account has been set into spotify free.

I rang my provioder and got a new activate code. To my surprise all my playlists are gone.

I have send an email towards Spotify to get back my playlists because the possibility Get back your playlists give an eroor.

Any other ideas how this can happen ?

Go onto the desktop version of Spotify and click on the tab which says recover playlists.
