Hi
All my playlists have gone in the desktop version. The client still states that I have Spotify Premium, but none of the playlists are present. They are however visible on my phone.
I've tried loggin out, and back in again. No playlists appear. However; everything works as normal on shared playlists.
Note that I have not merged my account with Facebook, and nor would I want to.

Have you tried a quick clean reinstallation of the desktop client to see if its just a local issue?
If not, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
