Hello!
I opened my computer today and my Spotify that usually automatically starts up said my password was incorrect and wouldn't log it. I tried to change my password and it said I was connected with Facebook. Nothing on my facebook changed so I kept trying with my original information. It finally let me login but when I went to my profile all of my playlists were gone and showed 0 followers.
If I search for my name on Spotify I show up with all of my original playlists before any of the happened but none of that is showing up on the left of my screen. I can follow myself and everything.
It seems like when the password thing happened it created a different account for me and now will not log in to my original account.
Ive tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify, disconnecting and reconnecting to my Facbook, and have read through the community.
PLEASE HELP.
Hey! I'm having the same problem here. When I actually managed to get in, it created a second account and now I can't get back into my old one. The new one is synced with my Facebook account and the old one is functioning under the username: 1285097441, I think.
@user-removed - Reply directly to the automated email with the case number in it (even if its from no-reply) and that will ensure your case reaches an adviser as soon as possible.

Thanks jnmccafferty. Nothing yet and Spotify still messed up.. I guess I will wait and see, worst case I contact them again this week end. Case: 012743280
spotify customer service is one of the worst i've seen. My problem has yet to be fixed and they closed my case before they could even fix it. Horrible, if they treat their premium users like this I feel bad for those who aren't premium. Had to open up a new case, my problem better be fixed asap, i've been waiting for too long. There isn't even a person I can call.

I have received the no reply email at 19:17h. At 19:19h I replied!

I have the same issue:
My original premium account is: 116914798
The newly created (unwanted, non premium, none of my playlists) account is: 11168381861
I created a ticket (02165370 - English version) and (02165184 & 02165045 - Dutch versions)
- Is this a problem that can be fixed?
- How long will I not have access to my premium account?
- Are there some steps I can undertake? For instance: do I have to disconnect FB from Spotify?

Yes, this issue can be fixed by the spotify support team. They will restore your playlists and premium subscription for you.

hello! I have the same problem I´ve been sending messages to spotify and it isnt my correct profile yet.
My last account number was:12155176500 it was a premiun account and now my number is: 12170074287 .
Please help me! I havent been able to use my real account for almost a month!! 😞
