Playlists have all disappeared

Playlists have all disappeared

I logged into Spotify and it seems that all of my playlists have completely disappeared. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If all of your playlists have vanished, it sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into another account. 

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.

I've done that. 🙂

 

I've managed to go through my emails and clicked one where it said someone had subscribed to my playlist. I then clicked the username which is now 112995992 but should be my account and it is saying that it is an unknown user.
